Nicha T. is short for Nicha Traipipattanapong, yes, it’s quite hard to pronounce my full name but here in Thailand, this kind of long surname is pretty common. (Trust me, I have a friend whose surname is longer than mine)
As I mentioned above, you can probably guess where I am come from. I am a city girl who has been born and raised in the capital city of Thailand, Bangkok.
When I was young, Indiana Jones was my inspiration, often when people ask ‘ What do you want to be when you grow up? I said ‘Archeologist’, until I managed to get myself into Thammasat University where I studied History. One step closer to my childhood dream.
Once I grew up, I learned that change and life is always a package, we, humans, have to accept it. Now I might not Over 10 years of my work experiences, I have been trying to find what I love to do and also compatible with the path to my life goal.

During the current pandemic, Frameworks Group faced a difficult time managing offline training. As I have my personal interest in technology and programming, that I have been self-learning online, I offered to use my skill to transit the product online.
We have delivered online training courses on the LMS platform I built upon WordPress with B2B specialty reports customization using SQL and Retool.

Frameworks group is a behavior company, as their support operation specialist, the roles combine aspects of administrative assistants, customer service assistants, and operations research analysts in order to perform duties. I use relevant information to develop an action plan designed to make the business more effective and efficient. I may also be responsible for other tasks, such as answering customer inquiries, installing equipment, and producing written reports. The headquarters is located in Singapore. I currently work remotely from home.

As a business owner and a project manager in the landscape business. My main responsibility is to ‘make it happen’. Start from a sales task, negotiate with clients, recruit a team for each project and plan all of the project schedule and budget. Also, I have to conduct the project’s flow and solve unexpected problems.

As an executive assistant, my main responsibility is being a translator and interpreter for a foreign CEO. My daily tasks were coordinating and maintaining executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Also, prepared and edited correspondence, communications, and other documents. And sometimes, I had to conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents. To design, update and maintain databases are part of my roles. Here was where I gained experience with networking events.
SENIOR COMMERCIAL OFFICER at Thome Ship Management

My role as Senior Commercial Officer was to organise sale services, such as monthly reports of projects, being a point representative of the ship’s owners (our clients) to the company, and arranging other services such as writing agreements to make contracts with the owners.
I also had a chance to work in Singapore for 2 months, for training and setting up the new software of commercial department, Thailand branch
